bg changes fg and vice versa...
edit:
changed fg to 1 and nothing happened while focused
changed bg to 1 (fg was back to 50) and i got my 1fps-eq screen

Not so sure about that.
I was trying it last night... typed /maxfps fg 1
Yes, it went to 1 FPS. I was watching wizard pet flap it's wings once every 5 secods or so.
bg I am not sure about. I just left it at the default of 20.
