Changes:
Saving of Locked and Title for the MQ chat window
/filter mqchat on/off (toggles the new window)
/windowstate <window> on/off (toggles: inventory, mqchat, corpse, merchant, notes, map, and spellbook)
/whofilter (toggles /who display of: lastnames, class, race, level, gm, guild, anon, ld, lfg, afk, npctag, trader,distance) and newly added spawnid, light, and body
Lax's Lore info in Item windows
Fixed telnet with new window
Fixed /if to fail gracefully instead of continuing on blindly
Converted EQWINDOW into EQMERCHWINDOW which uses CSIDLWND
...probably other things too...

Hrm something funny going on with the mqchat filter.

If you /whot on a same level toon/mob it reports in Black, rather than the usual white too.

/whot now reports in con color, using black for equal con.
