How would you even begin to make a macro that would get this skill up??

you would have to be able to use an item...

/finditem (ale)
/mouseclickr

that would be how you would do it, correct??

sort of building as I go trying to figure this out

i would kill for an alcohol tolerance trainer macro. esp since GoD mobs and some others are proc;'ing ae drunk effects

one way to raise alcoohol tolerance it if you are a non-agnostic enchanter wanting to raise its faction with bloodsabers to work on your epic is to make this
quest
if you are not enchanter, there's no problem to do it

easily macroable, give 5gp to the guard, receive alcohool, drink it :)
