2 EQW Instances confuses MQ

Anyone have this problem? I start EQW1. EQW1 runs macros. I start EQW2. EQW2 does not run macros. I camp EQW1 to char select and come back. Both EQW1 and EQW2 run macros. I click both into another zone to go XP. Neither EQW1 nor EQW2 run macros.

In the new zone, I relog EQW2. I can now macro on EQW1 but not on EQW2. I relog EQW1 and now only EQW1 can run macros.

Anyone know why these are conflicting? No one else in search seems to have problems.

EDIT: It doesn't say MacroQuest is active! When I relog and MQ will /macro but do nothing, and do normal functions like /face /target etc
