bug with /finditem and /click left item ???

I am having several problems with MQ lately. Most notibly attempting to /finditem xxx while on a horse/drogmor and /click left item. I have recently reinstalled windows/EQ/MQ. I know that these have been broken at various times and I thought they were fixed. I have the latest CVS as of the zip file I downloaded on Saturday August 9th as of about 1900 EST. Can anyone else confirm these still exist or if I am screwing something up =P.
