compiler troubles

I got the Macroquest downloaded but i can't figure out how to compiler it all? Also was wondering if theres any free compilers that i can download.

There was a posting a while back that pointed out that you can get a free compiler with some .NET infrastructure. Use the search feature.

Actually, what was posted was a reference to free IDE's that use the free .NET infrastructure and "compiler" in the .NET SDK. I did some research, but couldn't find one for C++.

Free IDE/.NET compilers exist for C# and for, I think, VB, but I haven't seen one for C++ yet.

I still may get around to making that all in one CVS/Compiler thingy one of these days, sounds like an interesting C# project.
