Man, this CVS stuff is complicated.

NEW CVSROOT: anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/macroquest (password authentication)
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/macroquest co macroquest
cvs [checkout aborted]: recv() from server cvs.sourceforge.net: EOF

*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****

What does that mean?

The CVS is wonked half the time. I usually try it about 5 or 6 times and finally it will work with no apparant reason as to why it didn't work in the first place. /shrug

Means just keep mashing the command until it works.

LOL Was the first day I had this happen actually. I figured out the "Mashing" all by myself. /golf clap

PS. After how many months of CVS, source only I finally have .bat files written to automate this stuff. :)

Sourceforge has a bogus CVS. Keep doing what your doing until it works. One has gotta wonder why they are still around with the slow servers, broken CVS and overburdened search engine.
