Some compact UI pieces

Was chatting on slack and someone wanted a few pieces of UI to try out. I'm uploading these for now:

Advloot window - compact version
BuffWindow - smaller
Map - much tighter UI
Short Buff - smaller

I also have these if anyone wants them, just let me know:

BigBankWindow - All bags open view and compatible with large bags
Compass - shows +/-/0 for loc directions
EQ Button - tinier and no SC button
ETarget - smaller
ItemDisplay - larger open size so you don't have to always expand the window to see spell descriptions
Group Window - smaller
Player window - added exp bars, tribute / trophy timers / powersource, and bottom area shows things like MA / MT / parcels
Potion Belt - smaller
Target window - much smaller padding

These all load without any UI warnings. Not all of these were created by me, but most of them were modified from their original sources to generally be less bulky. Nothing really flashy added.

smaller hotbars
and an eqbutton with info on it, that should fit the lenght of the hotbars.
