MAXTURBO is too low

Current computers are powerful enough to run heavy scripting; having MAXTURBO at a low number of commands is no longer necessary. I normally run heavy scripts that have 200-300 commands per pass, and peak to thousands without any performance issues.
I would recommend increasing MQ2MacroCommands.cpp:MAXTURBO to at least 1000, if not more.

With the current situation of us not beeing able to recompile by ourselves, I'd suggest to get either rid of this altogether or move it to an ini file.

it will be moved to the ini
after the next zip is released:
Set TurboLimit under the [MacroQuest] section in the macroquest.ini to whatever, it defaults to 240.
Obviously people are going to set this to 1000000000000000
and then completely lock up their game, cause the engine will never ever yield time to eq, but hey... its their choice now I guess.
