Compiling MQ

So, how do we go about compiling the macroquest.exe file? i noticed that it was not included in the download of the new Macroquest, so i was asking for someone to post a step-by-step way of compiling it. I know how computers work, and i consider myself an advanced computer user, but i have never programmed before. If listing a step-by-step way of compiling it is asking for too much, just tell me :) no need to flame.

hmmm....I looked at that post and about shit myself lol....I am like iceman....I know a ton about html, games, networking, but when I tried to take programming classes, it all went over my head....could someone please elaborate on exactly what to do like step by step?....I know it would be teedious but my sister will probably do lapdances to pay for your help seeing as how she's a huge slut
.....I am stumped....what programs do I need to do this, where can I get them, and how do I go about getting this done because, well, I can't live without MQ....the game is just sooooo much less fun without it!
