Dichotomic Form

Has anyone tried using Dichotomic Form through the /disc command? I can't seem to get it to fire.

You just have to use the actual Spell ID to fire it. /disc #####
It looks like Dichotomic Form is ID 49132

For the zerker one I had to use /doability "Dichotomic Rage" vs. /disc XXXX
