How to face a Z axis

Ok this is probably something i am missing but i have tried using /face loc y,x,z and having a hard time getting it to face and move to that loc.

anyone help? Im probably missing something silly.

Not sure if face does that correctly or not but maybe you can use /look if not. Like /look -128 for straight down to 128 for straight up if I remember it correctly

/face loc cant use z, however, the function does support /looking at Z, but only if it is to /look at a spawn. Probably can be updated pretty easily. Notes from function:

// Function: Face
// Description: Our '/face' command
// Faces the direction to a spawn
// Usage: /face <spawn>
// Usage: /face loc <y>,<x>
