GetCharInfo2()->Shrouded is wrong 10-28-2014

Suspect the offset for this is incorrect.

MQ2Melee is loading a couple characters as a shroud under the section "MQ2Melee_100_Iksar_Monk" because it detects GetCharInfo2()->Shrouded = TRUE
