Been tring to get MQ2 to run for about 2 days now and still same problem, either I get out of date files and then I re-download and recompile and now not chat box, my /face works but I cannot run any of my macros any ideas?

I been doing it fine for months now. Just for some reason this patch is messing me up

you may have a corrupted file in your source folder.

Make a new folder, drop a fresh DL of MQ2 into the new folder and attempt to compile a "vanilla" run of MQ2, see if that works. If so, add files from your old compile 1 at a time. You will either end up with a fully functional MQ2, or find out what file is giving you issues.

If it wont work at all with the new folder trick, you may need to look at your compiler/library

The other possibilities are, You didnt check all the boxes in the "Configure Manager" part of the compiling or your MacroQuest Configuration Settings file has been changed. Im just guessing at this point.

I have no Idea whats going on, I have re done all my downloads just did the one for 7/21/2014 still when I load up MQ2 I get out of date stuff, I made sure there were 0 errors on my .sln file Is there a way to show yall what im seeing? I haven't had this problem ever. and have been using mq2 for about 6 months now. And now for me to use the MQ2 website I have to google it I cant type www.macroquest2.com bc I get an error by doing it that way? I deleted my release files and started over, I created a new MQ2 run file started over saved all my macros I use for my toons but other then that I started out fresh

Odd now when compileing I hit F7 and I get 0 success 0 error 4 up to date and 9 skipped because not part of the solution?

I had this sometimes - then i save my macro folder
- kill my hole MQ2 Directory - make a new download from this side
- double click on Auth.exe
- then loading the VS2012 SLN File
- hitting F7
- after compile i copy the macros back

Ready :)

i think cleaning an new build is the best way :)
