macroquest.ini

how do i find the macroquest.ini file... im newbie to all this.
instructions say coppy macroquest.ini.dist file to the macroquest.ini file. found the "dist" file but cant find other... is there a different name for it?

rename it. remove the .dist from the end. yes, it's as easy as that.
