Complete noob

I've recently found out about this program from a friend.
I've downloaded it and installed and so on ...
I've installed Perl, changed the Offsets, changed the ini file...
EQ is loading but not a single thing from macro is working not even /who npc ....

Any suggestions ?

Ok I've got it to the point were it want's to load but it's saying
"Incorrect Client Wed Jan 29 02:56:04 2003"
