Keep your money in your pocket
I have a newb friend, or relatively newb-ish, that told me he bought these "guides". While I haven't seen them I did get a fairly detailed description over the phone. There is nothing, and I mean nothing in these things that isn't readily available from multiple web sites. No "tricks" or information you can't just find with your search button and browser.
And the clown is selling information on MQ which is obviously available in more detail here. Make a donation to the MQ creators here and keep the rest of the money in your pocket.

Someone needs to egg this gentleman's house. Or firebomb it, or something...
He's selling an exact duplicate of every other pre-RoK guide out there, and a few copies of some that came out around SoL. I threatened to tell powerleveling.com about him before, and I think since he's spamming now, I will, since he's using their material.
He's desperate now because FH stopped posting offsets because of him, and now he has no meat for his guide once the next patch comes out.
While I'm at it I think I'll inform PayPal that one of their users is breaking copyright law and using fraud (selling stuff that's not his) via their system. He's already been banned from playerauctions.com .
I'm also going to e-mail sony and tell them that he's selling info that will intentionally mis-use their code, which is also illegal. You can give this info away, but you can't sell it. (Again, this is why BackOriface wasn't touchable by MS).
This scumbag makes me sick, and the fact that he's completely rediculous enough to post name and address in this forum makes me HOPE someone steals his identity and ruins him. :)
