Help, Compiling Error 7x64 Using VBE 2010

The above link provides SS's to what i am experiencing. I have looked for code updates containing support for .vcproj and havent been able to find anything. I have tried using VB5 aswell as 8 and encounter the same thing. I have been following the steps on the Wiki and have only had success executing MW2Auth creating the MQ2Auth0.h file in the MQ2Main directory. Any feedback at all would be appreciated, this is my first time using VBE so if i left out any relevant information please ask and i will answer to the best of my ability.
