uh problem with MQ2 and my laptop

Okay, so I load up MQ2 where the icon is in the menu bar at the bottom. I log on to EQ, select my toon. Nothing pops up for MQ2, meaning the MQ chat box does not show up. I have the same copy of MQ2 on my desktop which works fine.

Any ideas would be great.

Did you compile it yourself ? If so did you run MQ2Auth on the laptop and copy the results to your MQ2Auth0.h file ?

no i didn't. a friend compiled it. using the same copy on my desktop and it works great.

You need to get your friend to build you a new version after you run mq2auth on your laptop and provide him the updated .h file as mentioned above.
