I can not seem to get this to work.

I want my non tank toons to target my tank's target.

I have tried a command like:

/bc Rogue's Name //target Tank's Name
/bc Rogue's Name //Target ${Me.TargetofTarget.Name} also /bc Rogue's Name //Target ${Me.TargetofTarget.ID}

and

/bc Rogue's Name //Target Tank's Name
/bc Rogue's Name //target -targetid|${Me.target.ID}

Both will either return not spawn name or ID found (0-100) or and a NULL is returned.

Currently I am having to use the //assist key but I would rather just have my other toons target my main tank's target.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

/bc Rogue's Name //target id ${Me.TargetofTarget.ID}

Why take the extra lag and steps?

Not sure how you're running it, but from the tank or main assist you could do

/bca //target id ${Target.ID}

Pass the ID directly, eliminate the need for HOTT as it's slow and laggy, and also eliminating extra targetting.

/bc CharacterName
is deprecated. Instead use
/bct CharacterName

Also, another option for targeting the tanks target would be using the xtarget functionality. On my bard I like to set xtarget 5 to the tanks target, while leaving the others on auto.
