Target priority help, I want PCs before Pets.

Hi, I've been having an issue with targeting player's pets instead of targeting the player I want. Instead of having to always type /target pc name, I am looking for a way to always prioritize targeting players first before any pets or npcs.
I made a new wikipage:
http://www.macroquest2.com/wiki/index.p ... etpriority
But I actually need the help to make something like this work. First time editing a wiki, so forgive me if it was done improperly.
What this would allow is to set a priority of what you want to target first always. Is this even possible to do, or am I totally missing some other option to do this. I would like a permanent setting rather than always specifying the type in /target. Thanks

So there will never be a way to bypass having to type /target pc player?

What is the problem exactly? Typing only part of name and getting pet on target, or do you group with PCs called Laser and Gann?
Or are you using it in a macro, which case /target id ${Spawn[pc name].ID} works great for not hitting corpses and such.

The problem is that, I am typing /target beastlordplayer and I get his warder, same with necros, or mages if they have their other types of summoned pets up at the time. The ones that have the player's name in the pet name also, player's pet. Not using a macro or anything. I just don't ever want to target a pet before a PC from typing /target. Which is why I thought this priority thing would be a great idea, it would eliminate it entirely. I suppose the same would go for a corpse, if there's a corpse closer to me than the person is, it would target the corpse first which I also do not want.
I mean don't these problems affect other people too? Have always wondered if there was a way around it other than specifying the target type. If I could ignore targeting anything but PCs and NPCs, things would be very good.

No idea how to program that.
You could look into making an alias for /target pc
I have no idea if it will work, but if you put in
in the ini file (right click the MQ2 icon, select ini) maybe you can use a /tpc command instead of typing /target pc
I know it is not exactly what you wanted, but it might help some. I have no idea if this works though, never used aliases so far.
