Macroquest is Broken.
So is Everquest as the 2 patches today would indicate.
Plazmic is the man with the plan, whom we call Stan. Give him till the weekend before you flame.
First and foremost, if you like MQ and miss it, DONATE.
AFAIK Plaz plays a lot less EQ now and is supporting MQ because of its userbase.
Now,
You can still run EQ in the OldUI under Windows XP:
ntsd -G -c "eb 0055b48e 0;g" c:\path\to\eqgame.exe patchme
[01/09/2003 exe]
In the old UI, MQ told EQ a click was done at x,y and that was it.
In the new UI, MQ will (read, by Sunday... work is hell right now) completely bypass clicks...
So instead of "I clicked pack 2 open, then click slot 1" it will be "I picked up the item in pack 2 slot 1 to the cursor"
So please dont stink up the boards with "is it fixed yet", cause ill be in a bad mood and do mean things. Everyone that is compentent enough to is working on it. This isnt something that can be fixed by just offsets, so dont ask for them.
BTW, Donate to Plaz. Its a good thing.
