lol...twinked or not? if you have a nice pl healer, try DSP.
If not, you can slum around in Marus Seru easily.

I'm fairly well off, no healer. Marus Saru is to easy, tried DSP, and I think thats where I'm gonna hunt... did I mention that I'm a rogue?

Was usually doing the recondites north of NL entrance (when i was 23-26)
From there to 35, DSP, start in the north (GE zone-in) and pull tribals, careful of adds :)

Snow cougars in IC will take you to 40 in no time flat, they give tons of exp and are pretty wussy..
