a while back i had a hot button setup like:
/itemtarget
/click left item
/pause 5
/autoinv

seems that the click left no longer works, the mq window tells me to use /notify.

it there a way to update the hot button to pickup ground spawns?

/click left item was removed due to changes SOE made to the code a while back. There is no reliable replacement for picking up ground spawns.

You can pick up ground spawns. If you're clever enough you can calculate the screen location to click, otherwise center the ground spawn on the screen as in the example macro here: http://macroquest2.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14812
