Tracking?

I am looking for a macro that will work up my tracking. I was trying to make my own but can not seem to get it right. Was trying /doability track and tracking and a few other things but it was all a no go. Anyone have a macro or an idea of how this could be done?

Oh and I tried /do ability, with the space and that did not work either

Yeah, me either. I'd rather not search and just post so someone else can do it for me, too.
