It would be cheaper, probably more fun, and a much more effective to write your own macro. There are a ton of bard macros in the macro depot, and between those and checking out the [[Macro Reference]], you would easily be able to learn how to write the code. Making it yourself would also mean it would be custom tailored to your bard and the mobs you want to kill.
PS. I'd do it for $10,000.

Your probably right but all i want it to do is run to the mobs around the tables in PoFire, and that seems way into depth for me to try and figure out, like.. the shits hard to make it run to loc and pull mob and kite it over at loc i mean i understand the concept but suck at making macros

Nobody here (except DKAA of course), was born with the skill to write any of the crazy macros you see on the forums. If you had asked me a month ago to write any kind of macro, I would have had no idea how to do it. But I spent some time with EQ, the Macro Reference page (a gift from god for noobs) and a notepad window open, writing and rewriting as I ran into errors, and ended up with a macro that does all my tradeskill work for me. Honestly, between all the macros to look at on the forums, and the Wiki, anyone can write macros. I would suggest popping onto EQ, and killing a few of the mobs you want to hunt, using the strategy you want the macro to use. Pay attention to the steps, then set down and write a macro that does those things. IE: Runs to mobs, starts song, runs in kiting loop, etc etc. Then, run it while you watch, and as things mess up (they always do), or as you notice new circumstances, finish that kill, alt tab out, and add that stuff to the macro. Hint: If you want to run around and know the locs, my Tradeskill macro in the macro depot has a Sub (I think it's called Go, but I'm not sure) that would run to a spot, so you could run around, if you knew the locs. There are plenty of macros with examples of autotwisting bard songs, and more still on looting. Besides, if you learn to macro once, you can write macros for just about anything, rather than posting a request everytime your macro needs a fix or you need something new.

Donate to the builders of MQ and look in the VIP Macros forum. There's one in there called advchant that I had updated about a year ago, maybe less that does basically what you just described. Sets camp at the spot you start it, looks for the closest mob in range, grabs mob, pulls it back to start spot, then kites it around til dead, loots if no other mobs aggro, then repeats until you stop it. There is a chance tho at this point since it's been so long since I had updated it that it might need another update.
Basically what I'm saying is, donate to the great authors of this software and look behind the closed doors and you might just find what you're looking for without having to ask someone if they can make one for you.
