Titles are disappearing...

Hello all, been using mq for sometime now and all of a sudden i've approached a problem. When ever i run mq the titles on my characters are disapearing. I've tried /show all and all variations of /show. Also, I have tried reinstalls a few times and still nothing. When ever I turn off MQ they appear. have any idea how to fix this?
