trouble with /click left equip primary

I am messing with changing out my primary slot. I am using oldui with EWQ and MQ on Win98. When /press i, inventory screen opens but my armor slots are not visible. What /click left equip primary does is to drop the armor

Current work around for me is to /mouse to the inventory button and do a /click left before I perform /click left equip primary.

The problem is I can't loop it. So I have 2 questions.

1. How can I get /click left equip primary to fuction properly?

2. Can I check if my equipment pannels are visible?
