a diffrent crashing problem

running IRC-20021024
new offsets
all the /who seems to work fine
any instance of /macro bind.mac will close to desktop
tried it in both eq and eqw
on a windows 2k machine
did not install perl as dont think its needed

tried inventory.mac and it worked fine so it is something built into the bind.mac

I have my bind wound key mapped to 6
also had plenty of bandages

edit:

ok more info i switched to the IRC-20021104 tried it and realised that it was looking in the release folder for the macros so i changed MacroQuest.ini.dist to just MacroQuest.ini then it looked in the right folder
now when i run the /macro bind
it works like a charm

leaving it posted so if anyone else has this problem they can see how i fixed it
