windowstate not working

When I type in: /windowstate taskwnd open
The MQ window echoes: Window "Quest Journal" is now open.
Unfortunately, the window doesn't actually open.
I've tested this with the AA window and inventory window and none of them work.

Use /keypress commands and the configured hotkey. They should remove those old commands as they generally do bad things.
