Toggle Shown Level

This will toggle the [Level Class] under NPC names, [Level Class] under PC's (if they have no guild) and the (Owner's Pet) under PC's pets.
To do this, use /togglenpc, which will turn it off or on, and /echo it to the MQ2 window.
You could seperate it to be seperate for each, but I preferred to have it all-in-one.
The following is basically the default of MQ2 but with that added additions above, with the code allowing them to toggle. By default it is set to True (Show)

This is mostly just useful for personal preferance or whatever. Suppose it could be useful if you wanted to take in-game screenshots as well.
