MacroQuest64

i have the latest download mq2-20050522, i put my plugins in release folder, i have the latest .dll, i use mq2auth.exe before recompiling. Obviously i am doing something wrong as i no longer get the black box in upper left hand corner.
how do i bring up box to use my plugins or what the holy moley am i doing wrong; besides thinking cuz i do smell smoke

When the game is loading, does it have the macroquest loading screen or the default loading screen with the messages on the status bar?

When you're in the game and do a "/" do you get the regular who or the MQ2 superwho?

but to answer this post: i was getting the weird shade merchant colors. and a / would get regular who. maps would not respond, but target and follow would . it was bazaar to say the least. Cronic god bless ya brother!

Hate to bump this but since I didn't catch an answer and I'm having the same problem (not sure what I've done wrong).

I get the MQ2 update window in the character select screen but then it no longer appears once I zone into the game.

I don't get the "super /who" either :\

Any advice would be great.
