Fujitsu Ultra320 MAS3735NC worth it?

Im looking to get some 15k SCSI drives.

An aquantence of mine is willing to sell me:
(3)- Fujitsu Ultra320 MAS3735NC
for $400.

I look arround the net and think...good deal, he even says they work... Should I bite the bullet and get em?

Any alternate deals you can think of would be great...
