repeated /say macro -I r newb! plz

Greetings! I am pretty new to the whole macro quest thing, and am not sure exactly what I need to do, but maybe someone can shed some light on this situation. I haven't really dont a WHOLE lot of programming, but just a tiny little bit. Mainly all I am looking for, is a macro that will repeat just 1 line of text, with a /pause of 15, i have a hotbotton that does it, but there are only a few lines and i have to sit and keep hitting it. any help here? what about one of the old macros that comes with MQ? Can i just open one, delete whats in it, and make new text for the macro? if so, what should i put for this simple type of things? 
I just need my character to /say "something" with a /pause of 15 inbetween says, i don't need to move or anything, just do a /repeat say =) any help would be wonderful!!!
