I would like a macro that I can get my disarm traps skill up as well as intimidation.

There is a plugin that takes care of that.

I have tried autoskills, and intimidation part of it does not work, and there is not one I have found that does disarm traps.

You need a trap to disarm to start with for Disarm Traps, as I recall.
In both cases you have to have an action button made for them to work, like all of the others. I won't assume you took those things into account.

A macro to do that takes like 5 lines heh, check out TFM you can find what you need there :)

Wasn't there a firepot in Timorous Deep by the evil port in spot that you could click instantly and get skill points in disarm trap, or was that another skill? It's like the pick lock one in Tranq. But then again, I don't know if that's still there either, since I used em each once just to get skill up.
