Problems resubscribing to EQ

I started trying last night and I get a "Credit Card rejected, but due to system problems", . It sounds like a problem on the server side, but I tried it this morning and still wont work. If it doesnt work by tomorrow I'll call customer support, but has anyone else had this problem and is able to tell me how it was fixed?
