Numbers by Pri: / Off: in /who

I assume these numbers are values representing what graphic to use to display said person's primary / offhand items.. correct me if I am wrong on that assumption.

IE, when my trader is using two Orb's of Exploration (yellow glowing orb when equipped), it comes up as:

[52 Dark Elf Cleric] Etheereal (0.00 S 0.00Z) {Pri: 10512 Off: 10512)

now, I have two questions regarding this:

is it possible to search for pc's or npcs in /who using that as a filter? IE, find all people with 10512 in primary.

and, is it possible to set that number to something else? it won't actually be an item if i'm correct in my assumption, it will just be the way whatever item you have in that slot is displayed.. even if you have to have nothing in the slot for it to work, i just want to play around with some cool looking primary/secondaries for my trader mostly :)
