XML is (for now) the only way I can contribute to MQ :)
Learning C++ though, so maybe in 5 years I can help coding

I've added a simple con color display to this already great UI. Looks something like this (note that this mod does not remove the X,Y as seen below, it just adds the con flag):
Just copy this file
http://capnbry.net/~bmayland/eq/TargetBox.tga into your Infinity directory and modify the 3 A_TagetBox stanzas to look like these
Code: Select all
<TextureInfo item="TargetBox.tga">
<Size>
<CX>256</CX>
<CY>32</CY>
</Size>
</TextureInfo>
<Ui2DAnimation item = "A_TargetBox">
<Cycle>false</Cycle>
<Frames>
<Texture>TargetBox.tga</Texture>
<Location>
<X>0</X>
<Y>0</Y>
</Location>
<Size>
<CX>162</CX>
<CY>22</CY>
</Size>
</Frames>
</Ui2DAnimation>
<StaticAnimation item = "A_TargetBoxStaticAnim">
<ScreenID>A_TargetBoxStaticAnim</ScreenID>
<Animation>A_TargetBox</Animation>
</StaticAnimation>

It is just a graphic format, so Photoshop or Paintshop Pro or perhaps The Gimp.

Well photo shop made it look all grey and only had one layer. I was wanting to edit the brightness of the con color but I dont think photoshop it the correct program to do it with unless Im missing something.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that a lot of the things in eq where custom colours go is either hardcoded in the XML somewhere or hard coded IN eq itself. I had a party window that had a background behind the % health that slid down (in a small square) and changed colours at the same time (green revealed orange, slid away to reveal red) but I could never find anything in the XML or graphic files that would account for it... granted I am much better at looking at a .tga file for green/orange/red than I am looking at XML to figure out how it did it :)

Sorry if this was mentioned previously but I didn't see it.
I can't get to your web to get your UI. The server is up but there doesn't appear to be a /frequency web.
