CuddleBunny wrote:I am not too familiar with bards but i think the instrument modifiers also affect the duration of songs... perhaps thats the answer. *shrug*

To make sure this is understood properly, there is nothing that extends the duration of a bard song, the durations are set in "stone" where the song will drop at the end of the 3rd tick from the tick it came in effect. The majority are 3 ticks, with a few exceptions where they last longer and/or have longer recast times, Requiem of Time is one such that lasts beyond the 3tick timer (20ticks) while the DA song lasts 3 ticks but cannot be recast for about 3 minutes.
Instruments affect the portions of the song that may be modified. An Example of this is the DoT chant line, they have a base damage which goes up with instrument modifier as well as level.
Portions of songs not affected, ever, by instruments are SLOW, MANA, and HASTE. While some songs have multiple effects such as all mana/hp songs which are string based, the mana section will never go beyond the base for the level while the HP regen WILL increase due to equipping a string modifier.
The one thing that can be affected is the RANGE of BENEFICIAL AE songs through the Extended Notes AA.
Hope this helps.

I have to agree with sumguy... can this add in a way to twist in a clicky, say
Composer's Greaves for example, to keep selo's refreshed constanly?

the new MQ version broke it somehow. Happening to me too. All other twist macs arent working either.
Ditch this macro....

The MQ2Twist pluggin works much better than this if your not interested in afk twisting guys. Try it out and see for your self.

Happens for me too, with this or any other song twisting type of macro.

Also broked for me. According to TFM there are 2 functions not working in this release, but neither are used in this code.

The macro did stop working with the recent patch. I compiled and used the mq2twist and honestly it is mearly a shadow of this macro's functionality. Mq2twist has really sloppy timing, horrid recovery, and execution of songs.
Speaking as someone who only uses MQ for basic twisting on raids/groups, I pray whatever caused this macro to fail, can be corrected.
--edit--
Cash42 wrote:...if your not interested in afk twisting guys.
One thing I would like to point out after using both. mq2twist has more support for afk macroing than twist.mac.
