I'd have to agree with mag, insofar as that this is an EQ bug not related to MQ. This bug DOES show up with the old UI, just not quite as often now with the new MQ release (the delay actually mostly fixed it in the old UI)
I forgot to mention that when I tested it with the 905 version of mq, I was using the old UI, and the fourth time I zoned with a macro, items poofed.

Interesting sidenote to this story, I got my equipment back the second time this happened. I wish I could detail my conversation with the GM, but it would be personally identifiable.
This is related to the new UI and a specific player made mod.
My experience with this

This happened to me as well. I was using the new UI and macroing. I did zone while a macro was running. I use the Quartz UI and some add-ons for it. I was reset and had all my items returned. All in all, the worst part was the 4 days it took to get a hold of a GM-Admin. Aside from that, I came out with some extra PP as I had a friend hold my bank stash as I was reset, then was returned with the extra pp.
It was explained to me that this was a known, but "rare" bug.

Obviously not so "rare" since the newUI went live... *chuckles*

Update on the situation:
Late Saturday evening, in response to an Email I sent to Sony CS for my Server... I received a reply from an Admin-GM that my Ranger has been restored. I logged on and sure enough he was back to just the way he was before the Bugged zoning took place.
I said nothing more to them about it and that hopefully will be the end of the incident.
Bottom line. NO Zoning with a Macro in place and running. Never can tell if they will fix it again. ;P
