Unless you have actually done the DoN Progression AA including Vish step, you shouldn't be correcting people who probably have done it (Sky/Jim). Vishimtar step doesn't even give you buff slots, the 3rd AA does iirc. I assure you max *including* all of DoN and OoW, is 21 buff slots. This isn't a flame, it's meant as an informative post.
The default buff window was increased to 25 slots with DoN's realse, most likely the other 4 slots are for future use (next expansion maybe). They probably just figured they'd update it now and not have to worry about it later.

For future use, was exactly why I designed it the way I did. Not to start any arguments LOL.
I mean come on, how hard is it to edit, change window Y size, and test for visual accuracy? The shitty part of adding in all the damn X coords, etc., for the extra buffs slots is most of the work.
You want 21? NP, just edit the file and change Y to properly only display 21 slots. Then feel free to share with others. :-)

I need medium Buff Windows.
