If eqjoe is an official CCIE, I will be thoroughly impressed. I am studying my tail off ATM to pursue that certification after having completed my CCNE. My hats to you.

OMFG!!!!!!one!!!!1!!! HE'S TELLING THE TRUTH!!! i GOT MY ACCOUNT BANNID TWO!!!11!!!!. oNLY THEY BANNED MY ACCOUNT FROM THE IP ADDRESS, EXCEPT I WASN'T USING MQ AT ALL... SOMEONE ELSE ON MY ISP WAS USING IT AND THEY "FLAGGED" THE IP AND THEN BANNED ME WHEN I LOGGED ON BECAUSE IT'S A "DYNAMIC" IP ADDRESS. OOH WOE IS ME! WHERE'S MY UMBRELLA SO i CAN INSERT IT INTO MY ANUS TO DULL THE PAIN!!!!111
Think about it assmonkey.. if they associated IP addresses with accounts, then all of those people still using dialup, cable, or even dynamic IP DSL would be farked, because every EQ player on that ISP would be considered one person... but you already knew that because you're a L33T network programmer, right?

As fun as this is, the madness must stop.
I've said this a MILLION times on the forum, but I guess I'll say it again since no one reads anything: DO NOT USE MQ2 UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE CONSEQUENCES IF YOU GET CAUGHT. No one here gives a fucking flip ass care if you or 50 people are banned or sued or whatever....honestly, we don't.
So, if you're afraid of losing your account ..don't use MQ...it's that simple. There are not arguments, there are no conditions ..it's that fucking simple.
