tailoring?

Post by tranze204 » Wed Sep 22, 2004 3:14 pm

Hey override any idea when we can expect tailoring to go live to the rest of the public? And also smithing can get higher if u make fine steel. you just need to make leather padding, so maybe the smithing macro can work in harmony with the tailoring macro, to get smithing higher also

You would also need a sub to make the MQ folded sheet metal required for fine steel.

Tinkering

Any chance that you could work on a tinkering macro like the others?
Thanks for all the great work you've put in so far also, it's making Aid Grimel less of a pain for sure.

Sorry about that, I just realize I uploaded the wrong version and the right one is up now and is working fine.

I may not be making a tinkering one. I am not sure. But I will be making one to make the smithing one higher then 115.

I am not sure when it is going to be released to everyone, I just had to totally redo my farming part of it, that is why there has been a delay on it atm. But I will release it once I am done.

Latest update on the website:
9.25.04 10:00am EST

Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days, I got into EQ2 Beta and we have been planning our vacation so it has been hard to get to the macros. I have updated the commons.zip to fix a few problems with the bazaarbuy function. It will now CORRECTLY not pick someone with close to the same name as the person you are looking for and also not pick someones pet. Also, I will be gone for the next week on vacation so you won't see any updates till after that and I won't be able to answer anyone's questions till then either. See you all later.
See you all later.

What skill are you at? Worked on pottery last night to finish up skill (went from like 176 > 188) and it worked perfectly.

Was taking a look at the poison making macro. It would be nice if there was an "apply" poison option after making it. That way you could work up two skills at once. You would want this as an option for specific skill levels... from 200-250, most people want to sell it back rather than apply.

It's possible, but it would make the process take a lot more time due to the delay required to apply poisons. All the modern poisons are essentially spell procs, so Apply Poison is pretty worthless, especially when Ornate Leggings summon a proc poison.
Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, but most of them stink.

No biggie, just an annoyance. I searched through the forum, and didn't see anything here so:

Smithing macro. It will do everything it is supposed to at the beginning. It sells items, then goes to the diff vendors and buys required components, then on way to forge it crashes at the same exact spot each time. Changing delay does nothing. It is always the same exact spot.

Any ideas?

LOL, who uses the modern poisons? Slow and snare are my mainstays.

Arune, are you using MQ2Hud? If you are, you need to unload that plugin before running any of Override's TS macros. The problem comes with /targetting a brew barrel or other environment container. So, just make sure you /plugin mq2hud unload and then run the macro and then turn your HUD back on when you're done.
