But to answer your question butthead... Try these 2 things

Number 1... Never have anything in your host file.. Unless you know why it is there.. IE stopping a stupid pop-up site or for ghetto DNS entries...

Numer 2... From the cmd prompt type "/ipconfig /all" check to make sure your DNS servers are correct.. If you are still running into the problem then your DNS server is jacked or manually blocking it.. Try changing it to another server

It has and.doxdesk.com pointing to your localhost.. I would only assume that as some point you added this in there to ethier stop some banner add site or you got some bullshit program that is changing your stuff for you... If you didnt change that file....

Open regedit

And go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
