well like i said to begin with, i didn't have the most* upto date version i guess cause i never updated OoW? otherwise i dont get it. downloaded laterest built with VB6 EE. following the steps in the walkthough to the tee. they were so to the point and easy to follow your tipical i met my wife on aol user could have done it. from what i know. MQ works off eqgame.exe only so the ooW files shouldn't matter.
this might not matter but i'll put it out there. i lost my eq disks ages ago. but i keep a copy of everquest.exe backed up. come to find out you can toss that in a folder run it leave for work and come back and its downloaded all files needed to play.
anyhow maybe after the next release i'll have better luck.. or i could just shoot myself..[/img]
and btw i formated 5 times reinstalled first win98 then ME then xp fuck 2k. even tried mandrake using WinE. i have put together 2 new computer with in the last 25 hours one AMD one that other shitty brand... thanks for the idea's but they sucked dickholes.=)
