were there any prior tell's while you were AFK to your toon that you didnt answer etc?
did they give an indication of why they decided you were macroing?

I was told, they are specificaly lookign for bards macroing.
I assume because of the fact that this script got posted to the general public..many bards are usign it now.

Anyway he(the GM) told me in the e-mail he sent to me, that he had come and watched me run around for a few minuts, had sent me several tells which I didnt respond to, he then stood directly in my path so that I bumped into him each time i ran past(obviously not avoiding him), he then mapped the locs I was running, summoned me into another room and I tried to run back to the original LOC.

This is what he told me in an e-mail, i was out of the house when it happened and i came back to beign booted to desktop.

Here is what I am thinking..they arent targetting lower lvl chars. but I went from 56 to 65 in 4 days or so ...solo ... I was burnign thru 61-65 in about 10 hours per lvl. maybe thats part of the reason. ... or maybe it was the zone I was in, or maybe someoen just saw me and reported me, who knows.

anyway, from what I gathered .. it was the AFK part that got me, if i had been there to respond... woudlent have been anythign they coulda done.

Im thinking that I might run it again anyway , ..in a few weeks... and just add some code to /q if a GM enters zone, or someoen sends me a tell and thier name in a /who yeilds *GM* or Does not show up at all.

Using a static anchor is dangerous too .. if u use rubber u move around and they cant prove anything. however rubber is not an option in most zones...especialy at 65.

Its possible to get 25+ AA's per day in HoH with the script running .. which may be another reason they are targettign Bards, or maybe HoH and other zones which yield such high solo exp.

I really dislike threads like this. Either you use MQ or you don't ....no one here really cares about whether it's dangerous or which is less dangerous, etc...

I like threads like these mahself. Keeps the meek away in fear of getting caught however dangerous it may be. When there isn't a healthy fear of being caught for going stricktly against the EULA then stuff like this happens:
This is what he told me in an e-mail, i was out of the house when it happened and i came back to beign booted to desktop.
Geeee....

So the lesson here obviously isn't "Don't run MQ2", but "don't be a retard and AFK macro".
