Tons of cable and DSL users have multiple IPs daily too, not just dial-up. More DSL than cable though.

I'd be willind to bet he doesn't even know how to check the source IP's of his downloads, he just said that to scare people. If he were smart, he'd do it other ways.
(And don't jump my shit about me selling MQ, I compile for friends and family only, I think I'm down to 7 users. My precompiled MQ2 is not available to the public, you must log in and get the file streamed to you. Yes, if they share passwords it can get out, but not like it matters, if they go through all that work then they'll have to hack it becuase they aren't in the mq2auth codes, and *if* they can figure that out, they might as well just complie the shit for themselves.)

You can sue for misuse of GPL'd products though the dev's have said several times that it is usually not worth their time. ;(

not trying to defend soulzek or flame lax, but i have more respect for him than most of you lax sackriding dumbshits flaming him, i learned a ton from his work. And unless this is a different soulzek, he probably knows more than a lot of you o_O
