www.resellerratings.com and check up on any company you do business with. Most bad online stores don't stay in business for long these days, as the word gets around too fast, but it still happens. The profit margins in computer hardware are microscopic, so everyone's prices are generally pretty close. The extra 3 bucks you spend on a video card at a reputable place is worth it.
