/who Not working for me....

Post by Rufus » Fri Dec 27, 2002 4:27 am

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with /who ? I do a /who in a zone and not everyone shows up I play with 2 computers on 2 different accunts. I only use EQmacro on my Main system with my mage. I will do a /who with my system with EQ Macro running and it will only show like 18 people I do a /who on my system without EQ Macro and it shows 26 people in the zone. Anyone Explain to me if I am doing something wrong? Or if there is a way to fix this problem

Yah I can do /who Npc and /target stuff and everything but it does seem like anyone that zones in after me or something like that I wont pick up on a /who. I know there are always people not showing up on /who. I can do a /who all <name> and they will show up in PoValor then I do just a /who <name> and I being in PoValor they dont show up. Or I can even just do a /who and they dont show up on that list.

Not a bug thats how EQ sends packets, assuming thats how it is working for you all. I have read something similar with SEQ ...

Salutations,
1) people leave the zone?
2) MQ does list pets
3) is macroquest.ini.dist renamed to macroquest.ini?
4) is /filter macros set to all?
5) I wouldn't trust superwho across zones
