Echoing/popupin when someone zones in

Hmmm anyone think they could help me come up with the code that echoes and popsup when someone zones in the zone, and says his /who <name> info?
And a var so its optional to do it in PoK/PoT/Nexus/Bazaar

This has already been done, though not in macro form that I know of.

Donate some of your cash to the devs and then seek out Crazybard's Spawnmaster Plugin.

I don't want a spawn looker macro though, I want to see PC's that zone in the zone
